Terms of use

Tune is an interface. It helps you draw or upload a token image, turns that image into music, and prepares a transaction that creates your token on pump.fun, a service Tune doesn't run. The song and its settings are saved inside the token image.

Tune is non-custodial. It never holds your funds, your tokens or your wallet's keys. Every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet, and you decide whether to send it.

• You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rules about creating or trading tokens where you live.
• You're responsible for your wallet, its security and every transaction you sign.
• You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.
• Don't use Tune if the law forbids you to, or on behalf of anyone who is.

You're responsible for everything you launch: the token image, name, ticker, description and links. You must own them or have the right to use them. By launching through Tune you let Tune show your token image, its song and its details on the site and in share previews.

Don't launch anything that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else's rights (for example copyright or trademarks)
• sexualises minors, or is hateful, harassing or violent
• impersonates a person, project or company, or is designed to mislead or scam
• contains malware or anything meant to harm people or systems

Launches are permanent. The token image and its details are stored on IPFS and the token exists on the Solana blockchain. Nobody, including Tune, can edit or delete them afterwards. Tune can hide any token from its own pages, for example one that breaks these terms.

pump.fun charges nothing to create a token. Launching costs about 0.02 SOL in Solana network fees and the rent for the token's new accounts, which go to the Solana network. A dev buy, if you choose one, is a trade: pump.fun charges its trading fee on it (1.25% today) and PumpPortal, which builds the transaction, charges 0.5%. None of these go to Tune. Tune doesn't add a fee today; if that changes, the fee will be shown before you sign anything.

Nothing on Tune is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens like these are highly speculative: their value can go to zero, quickly. Market figures shown on Tune come from pump.fun and may be delayed or wrong. Read the disclosures before you launch or trade.

Tune relies on services it doesn't run: pump.fun and PumpPortal (token creation), IPFS (storage), the Solana network, your wallet, and the providers that host Tune and its data. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and Tune isn't responsible for them being available, correct or safe.

Tune is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, change, or stop working. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Tune team isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of Tune, including lost funds, lost tokens, failed or mistaken transactions, or losses from trading. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
